Ugh I doubt I am really an inspiration to anyone right now. I’ve been off course for 2 weeks now. I am not going to stop. This snag has only shown me that I have to fight even harder for what I want. When I go to the gym I mostly do the elliptical, treadmill and bike, but there is no secret. The best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise.
